Can I cancel or modify my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible so order processing begins immediately. In most instances we will not be able to cancel or modify an order.

2. Stand in front of the mirror or place your phone somewhere steady and use your selfie camera. Place the credit card on the bridge of your nose and under your eyebrow.
3. If the edge of the credit card extends further than the edge of your eye, you are a NARROW face shape.
4. If the edge of the credit card ends at the outer edge of your eye, you are an AVERAGE face shape.
5. If the edge of the credit card ends before the outer edge of your eye, you are a WIDE face shape.

We offer complimentary same day shipping!
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 12-24 hours. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays or Holidays. Order cut off time is Friday 1 pm CST.
When will my Pre Order ship?
Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on our site. A pre-ordered item will ship directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock. The expected date that the item will leave the distribution center is indicated on the product detail page. This date is a good estimation of the item’s availability but please note that the date is not firm.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We'll happily refund your purchase if you're not satisfied within one week of your purchase. Sunglasses must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after one week and/or not in original condition will not be issued a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a photograph and specify the order # in the email.
What is your warranty policy?
For manufacturing and material defects, replacements are available within four weeks of delivery. Warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by general use, including natural wear and tear.

Product care information
We encourage you to treat your sunglasses with care. Although our frames are designed for durability, they are hand assembled and susceptible to damage if roughly handled or stretched extensively. Store your sunglasses in the cleaning cloth provided when they're not being worn.
You might notice that our wooden frames have slight color variations or small irregularities in the dye pattern. This is a stamp of handcrafted luxury and means your pair is unique and special.
